I know some of you might be surprised, since this isn’t a word I’ve used much in the series. But trust me, it fits the story perfectly.
And the book is scheduled to release 11.6.18 in the US!!!!!
(no, it can't come out sooner--I'm still writing it!)
What the title DOES mean: Memory plays a BIG role in book 7 (which you can probably guess from certain things that happened in NIGHTFALL--please don't spoil)And for those of you in France, I know you're wondering what the French title will be. Alas, at the moment, I don't know. The French titles are chosen by my publisher--not me. Same goes for the French release day. I promise I'll share as soon as I know.
What the title does NOT mean: The entire book is one long flashback. Mind you, it'd be fun to mess with you guys that way, but even I'm not *that* evil. 🤣
(And now I know you're all thinking: WHEN WILL YOU SHOW US THE COVER. All I can say is, "as soon as its done." Right now, the art is still in progress. But it's going to be AMAZING--and no, I can't tell you anything about it)

ReplyDeleteDO NOT WORRY SOKEEFE WILL DOMINATE ALL SHIPS. Ok so should I be concerned for myself if I literally wrote a 7 PAGE essay/ramble about why SOKEEFE is better than Sophitz? Cause thats what I did, voluntarily. I'm giving it to my friend because at the beginning of Nightfall she was 100% Fitz and now she just finished Nightfall and she isn't sure. My paper will sway her I'm sure. OH MY GOODNESS IM ONE OBSESSED FANGIRL so I got 3 of my friends to read it just because I was bugging them about it so much and all 3 said that they are concerned for me because I'm being possessed by keeper, but mostly Keefe😂 I literally carried the library book around for weeks after I'd finished the book and I turned it in and re-checked it out again just so I could carry Keefes face around with me. This is all true I think I'm possessed

DeleteWhen I first read through all the books, I was 200% team Fitz.. right up to book 6. I reread the entire series, and I realized just how much Keefe actually cared and was there for her and.. now I’m 200% shipping Team Keefe.

Second, I was intrigued by chapter 86 in Nightfall, and I dont know how to ask this without feeling like im spoiling anything so i'll just give a few key words, and hopefully someone will get what im asking..

I love to listen to the audiobooks for one and two. I saw that the audiobooks are coming out soon for the rest of the series. And I was wondering if you knew when the audio recordings were coming out for books 3-6?
Im super excited for Flashback. And im just really curious as to whether or not a winnowing gala will be involved soon because, i mean it would be tourture if one doesnt happen for one of the characters, since it was already mentioned so....
ReplyDeleteI thought it might be called "Moonlark", but "Flashback" is a wonderfully powerful and mysterious title, and I cannot wait for the seventh and final book in this amazing series! Never have I been so addicted to books before!

ReplyDeleteYesterday, my father picked me up from school early because my shoulder was really hurting me and my principal said it was probably dislocated, so he was bringing me to the doctor. When we were in the car, I started crying again because I was scared it was going to kill when the doctor popped it back in. My father looked at me and he said "WWKD." I looked at him in confusion and repeated to myself, "WWKD? Huh?" He smiled and said "What Would Keefe Do?" I burst out laughing and said "He would... I don't know. What would he do?" So my dad said "He would be tough and he wouldn't cry. He would say 'it's only going to hurt for a second' and he would be strong. So be like Keefe!"
It was funny.
