So! I'm giving away the COMPLETE Wake Trilogy:
all of which are signed:
And for those of you not familiar with this series, here's what the publisher has to say about the books:
Wake
For seventeen-year-old Janie, getting sucked into other people’s dreams is getting old. Especially the falling dreams, the naked-but-nobody-notices dreams, and the sex-crazed dreams. Janie’s seen enough fantasy booty to last her a lifetime.
She can’t tell anybody about what she does – they’d never believe her, or worse, they’d think she’s a freak. So Janie lives on the fringe, cursed with an ability she doesn’t want and can’t control.
Then she falls into a gruesome nightmare, one that chills her to the bone. For the first time, Janie is more than a witness to someone else’s twisted psyche. She is a participant…

Fade
For Janie and Cabel, real life is getting tougher than the dreams. They’re just trying to carve out a little (secret) time together, but no such luck.
Disturbing things are happening at Fieldridge High, yet nobody’s talking. When Janie taps into a classmate’s violent nightmares, the case finally breaks open – but nothing goes as planned. Not even close. Janie’s in way over her head, and Cabel’s shocking behavior has grave consequences for them both.
Worse yet, Janie learns the truth about herself and her ability – and it’s bleak. Seriously, brutally bleak. Not only is her fate as a dream catcher sealed, but what’s to come is way darker than she’d feared…
Gone
Things should be great for Janie—she has graduated from high school and is spending her summer with Cabel, the guy she’s totally in love with. But deep down she’s panicking about how she’s going to survive her future when getting sucked into other people’s dreams is really starting to take its toll.
Things get even more complicated when she meets her father for the very first time—and he’s in a coma. As Janie uncovers his secret past, she begins to realize that the choice thought she had has more dire consequences than she ever imagined.

ReplyDeleteWow! What a giveaway! Just entered. Thanks! :-)
ReplyDeleteI entered too! Good luck, everyone! But I have a question. I entered, but I don't live in the USA. But I have a friend there who you can send the books to if I win. Is it a problem that I entered?
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comments everyone! Glad you're excited about these prizes, since I DON'T REALLY WANT TO GIVE THEM AWAY! (But don't worry, I will) ;)
ReplyDeleteDarina: Of course that's okay (but thanks for checking) As long as I have somewhere in the US or Canada to send it, it doesn't matter if it's your house or your friend! Good luck! (And nice to meet you!)

ReplyDeleteSweet! I wanted to read these but never actually made the purchase. Great contest :)

ReplyDeleteOoh, awesome contest! I will be back!
ReplyDeleteYou have such great contests!
ReplyDeleteI read Wake back when it came out, but for some reason, I never got around to continuing the series. This is such a great opportunity to do that. Thanks!!
ReplyDeletehello, followed your link from caroline's blog. i'm a new follower. (and fellow mg writer yay!)
ReplyDeleteAwesome contest, Shannon! I entered :) I haven't heard of these books but they sound amazing.
ReplyDeleteI hadn't heard of these books, but I love the plot and may have to pick them up =] (providing I don't win, of course)
ReplyDeleteThat was very nice of you. You are a super cool girl. I read Wake. I am looking forward to the next two.
ReplyDeleteI followed a link here from Shannon O'Donnell's Book Dreaming blog. I just read the query letter that Lisa McMann wrote when she submitted Wake to an agent and just reading the query made me want to go out and buy the books - maybe now I won't have to! :)
ReplyDeleteTo Southern Princess - I also couldn't find the Submit button at the bottom of the form, but when I clicked on the link above the form that says to click there if you have trouble loading the form, it went right to it and I had no trouble getting it to submit.
Such an original story line. I would love to step into this realm and just see what it's like to be in someone's dreams.....or maybe not? Sounds like it might be dangerous! Guess I need to read them to find out.....
ReplyDeleteHi, Shannon! I have sent two followers your way so far. Yay! :-)
ReplyDeleteOh brilliant contest! I am a new follower...thank you! :)
ReplyDeleteI saw the link in Shannon's sidebar so make it three she's sent your way! A friend of mine loaned me Wake and I really enjoyed it so I'd love to win the set :)
ReplyDeleteI love signed contests. And whole series contests. So, this one is perfect! : )
ReplyDeleteThat is very exciting that they are signed. Yay!
ReplyDeleteHey Shannon,
ReplyDeleteNot sure if you recall, but I added the link to my sidebar recently but it was pretty crummy-looking. I figured out how to make it a notch better (only a notch, though...don't get your hopes up). Just wanted to let ya know!
Have a GREAT day!
Fab giveaway! Thanks for the chance, Shannon!
